Teen and Senior divisions only. Free tuition to regional and 50% off national Intrigue events for 1 year. Expires 1 year after date of scholarship. 50% off Neovate.
Apprentice & True Performer
Apprentice
MINI & JUNIOR LEVEL ONLY
Mini Apprentice receives unlimited free classes from issue date through 2027 Nationals. If the dancer has moved into the Junior level for the next season (age as of Jan 1st), they will no longer hold their Mini Apprentice status, however, they will still receive free tuition for that season’s REGIONAL events. If they wish, they can audition for Junior Apprentice.
Junior Apprentice receives unlimited free classes from issue date through 2027 Nationals. If the dancer has moved into the Teen level for the next season (age as of Jan 1st), they will no longer hold their Junior Apprentice status, however, they will still receive free tuition for that season’s REGIONAL events. If they wish, they can audition for Teen True Performer.
While the Apprentice Scholarship is still active and dancer is still in the same age level, dancers receive Free Entry to Intrigue Nationals. They have the opportunity to compete in Title Finals at Nationals. Apprentices also have the opportunity to become an Intrigue Assistant for the following season! Assistant positions are awarded only at Nationals. Apprentices must complete all requirements at Nationals in order to be considered.
True Performer
TEEN & SENIOR LEVEL ONLY
Teen True Performer receives Unlimited free classes from issue date through 2027 Nationals. If the dancer has moved into the Senior level for the next season (age as of Jan 1st), they will no longer hold their Teen True Performer status, however, they will still receive free tuition for that season’s REGIONAL events. If they wish, they can audition for Senior True Performer.
Senior True Performer receives unlimited free classes from issue date through 2027 Nationals. We honor this scholarship until the age of 21. If the dancer has turned 22 for the next season (age as of Jan 1st), the scholarship will no longer be valid.
While the True Performer Scholarship is still active and dancer is still in the same age level, dancers receive Free Entry to Intrigue Nationals. ASSISTANT Alumni
MINI, JUNIOR, & TEEN ONLY
Assistants from the Mini, Junior, or Teen age divisions who completed their Assistant season at the 2025 Nationals are eligible to return as paid, registered dancers for the 2025–26 Season, regardless of whether they advance to a new age division. As registered dancers, they remain eligible for all scholarships, Apprentice or True Performer placements, and may have another opportunity to be selected as an Assistant within their current age division.

Guidelines & Liabilities
Scholarship Guidelines
- All dancers must attend BOTH days of classes to be awarded a scholarship. lf a faculty member notices a dancer missing class, they will be penalized and their scholarship may be withdrawn.
- All scholarships must be used before the expiration date printed on the scholarship voucher. Intrigue National scholarships must be used at the current season’s upcoming Nationals only.
- Scholarships are not transferable. No exceptions.
- Scholarships do not apply at Micro events.
- Scholarship auditions are closed to Observers and Parents.
- Dancers ages 22+ are not eligible for scholarships.
- Should a student choose to transfer studios before redeeming an Intrigue scholarship, the scholarship will only be honored with permission from the studio owner under which the dancer received the award.
Safety & Other LIabilities
- Video cameras and photography are not allowed in the workshop rooms at anytime. Intrigue Dance Intensive reserves the right to use any images taken during the convention for promotional purposes.
- Please report all accidents and injuries to an Intrigue Dance Intensive Manager immediately.
- Gymnastics will not be tolerated in class or in the halls of the Venue.
- Students under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a chaperone.
