Ry was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and began dancing at the age of 11, training extensively in ballet, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, acro, hip-hop, ballroom, etc. Ry began choreographing for his home studio at the age of 13, specializing in contemporary & fusion styles. Ry’s passion for choreography & education at such a young age led to him choreographing & teaching for studios across the country. At the age of 17, Ry was awarded ‘Best Director’ at Neovate in the summer of 2021, and was a senior assistant with Intrigue during the 2022 2023 season. Ry prides himself on his passion, dedication, and desire to push the boundaries of movement, and is eager to share with future generations.
