We're Hiring for 2026/27

We're looking for fun, energetic, hard-working people to join us on the road and in Orlando. Experience in dance, touring, or production is a plus — but not required. We'll teach you the rest.

What we're hiring for

  • Staff — multiple roles across the tour
  • Production — gear, transport, on-the-ground execution
  • Office / Warehouse — Orlando-based (a bonus, not a requirement)

What the role looks like

  • Thursday → Monday travel, typically — that's the tour rhythm
  • Long, intense days at competitions, conventions, and showcases
  • Off-tour weeks: regrouping, prepping, and building what comes next
  • You become part of one of the most exciting touring brands in the dance industry

Who we're looking for

  • Fun. Energetic. Hard-working.
  • System-oriented — you keep the moving parts moving
  • Easy to get along with — long days on the road need people who lift the room
  • Experience is a plus, not required
  • Bonus: you're based in or near Orlando

The honest pitch

The dance touring industry is a blast. It's also a grind. You'll travel, you'll see things, do things, and meet people you'd never meet anywhere else. We work hard, we travel hard, and we look out for each other.
